All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (UK Currency), and are for the entire property, per week. Rentals run from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 10am.   Telephone and Central Heating in the Chateaux are metered and charged for at cost.    Payment can be by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.

* Rates shown for the Chateaux are based on parties of up to ten, with additional people charged at 80 GB pounds per person per week.     Please see the bedroom Floorplans on our website, to check that you will fit comfortably.

Summer rents include domestic Electricity and Gas.   In Low-season Electricity & Oil Central Heating are metered and are charged at cost,   Pool Heating, if requested, is normally charged at cost - it depends on the temperature chosen and  is minimised by covering the pool at night or when not in use.    

Dogs - welcome if well behaved and not allowed to leave hairs everywhere !   20 Euros  per pet/week payable direct to the housekeeper please. 

Long Winter lets may be available at greatly reduced prices.  Please let us know your requirements. 

For Wedding celebrations and other large parties we'll be happy to price a letting tailored to your specific requirements.  Rental of the Barn at Trichot with tables and chairs for up to 120 people is an additional 800 pounds. TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING we require a deposit of  50% of the total rent for the period, or 25% if booking prior to November for the following year.  This will be acknowledged immediately, to confirm your booking. Please take out Insurance with Cancellation Cover, as we cannot offer refunds unless another tenant can be found.   Full instructions for finding the property and the local agent will be sent to you at this time. The balance of the rent must be sent not later than 8 weeks before your arrival please.

Please note that these are private properties, swimming pools are now  fenced, but safety is your responsibility we request that you carry your own insurance against accidents, illness and cancellation.  We do hope you have a most enjoyable holiday.
