All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (UK Currency), and are for the entire property, per week. Rentals run from Saturday 5pm to the following Saturday 10am.   Telephone and Central Heating in the Chateaux are metered and charged for at cost.    Payment can be by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. 

Chateau du Trichot sleeps up to 15 (+6 with Cottage), Chateau Cardou up to 20, Lamostonie up to 20 (+4 with Pigeonnier) - see bedroom plans

* Rates shown for the Chateaux are based on parties of up to ten, with additional people charged at 80 GB pounds per person per week.   

Summer rents include domestic Electricity and Gas.   In Low-season Electricity & Oil Central Heating are metered and are charged at cost,   Pool Heating, if requested, is normally charged at cost - it depends on the temperature chosen and  is minimised by covering the pool at night or when not in use.    

Dogs - welcome if well behaved and not allowed to leave hairs everywhere !   20 Euros  per pet/week payable direct to the housekeeper please. (Lilac Cottage £15/pet/week)

Long Winter lets may be available at greatly reduced prices.  Please let us know your requirements. 

For Wedding celebrations and other large parties we'll be happy to price a letting tailored to your specific requirements.  Rental of the Barn at Trichot with tables and chairs for up to 120 people is an additional £800. TO MAKE A BOOKING, please e-mail or telephone us, stating the Property and dates. We will answer any questions and tell you immediately if the property is still available, and if so, hold it for you for a few days until we receive your first payment, together with the booking form below .   Joanna will provide payment details - bank transfer,  credit card  or Paypal.  We know how hard it is to assemble a big party - just book for the minimum number, you can let us know later how many will actually be coming.  Friends and family have a tendancy to follow like sheep once they know you have secured a property!

TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING we require a deposit of  50% of the total rent for the period, or 25% if booking for the following year prior to November.  This will be acknowledged immediately, in writing, to confirm your booking. Full instructions for finding the property and the local agent will be sent to you at this time. The balance of the rent must be sent not later than 8 weeks before your arrival please. For the Chateaux we will require you to give the housekeeper a refundable deposit of  800 euros on arrival,  which is refunded after your stay less the cost of telephone calls, pool heating, central heating (unlikely in Summer!) and any breakages.
